  • Publication number: 20090290932
Abstract: A turnlock fastener (1) for the connection of two components features a cover plate (4) and a base shaft (5) which is formed on the cover plate (4) and which extends away from the cover plate (4), at which at least two opposing rigid locking stands (10, 11) are positioned at a distance from the cover plate (4) and extend outward from the base shaft (5) in the radial direction. In addition, a fixing arrangement is provided to secure the turnlock fastener (1) to a first component which possesses at least two radial elastic spring limbs (14, 15) which are each arranged between two locking stands (10, 11) and which are connected at one end with the base shaft (5) and which extend away from the base shaft (5) with the other free end in the direction of the cover plate (4). That way, the turnlock fastener (1) can be secured ahead of time within certain relatively large dimensions of insertion openings of different sizes and with relatively large pullout forces.

  • Patent number: 7296849
Abstract: The invention relates to a covering device for covering a mounting recess in a cover strip of a vehicle roof. Mounting recesses of this type are, for example, provided for fastening the feet of a roof luggage carrier. The covering device is comprised of an insertion part (1), which can be positioned inside the cover strip (3), and of a hinged cover (2), which is mounted in bearing shells (7) in a manner that enables it to pivot about an axis in the longitudinal direction of the strip and which fills the recess (4) when in a closed position. Said hinged cover comprises both bearing journals (6), which are shaped thereon at both ends, as well as detent journals (11), which can be locked in an open and closed position by means of spring elements (12). These spring elements are shaped onto the insertion part (1) and act upon the detent journals (11).

  • Patent number: 7190932
Abstract: A circuit arrangement for a multimode mobile telephone that transmits and receives signals to and from various mobile radio networks contains a baseband and a transceiver unit. The transceiver unit includes a digital adaptive predistorter having a switching element. The switching element is arranged so that an optional connection is created. The optional connection connects an amplifier output to an input of a receiver causing that receiver input to be disconnected from an antenna changeover switch. This way, it is possible for the receiver to be disconnected from a transmitting and receiving antenna during periods when the receiver is not receiving signals from the transmitting and receiving antenna. While the receiver is disconnected from the transmitting and receiving antenna, the receiver is able to receive other signals.

  • Patent number: 7091780
Abstract: A method and apparatus are provided for operating a transmission amplifier, particularly a mobile communications terminal, with the transmission amplifier being fed with a supply voltage and with any nonlinearity of the transmission amplifier being substantially compensated for via a predistortion unit for data values in an input data stream, wherein, at least at the start of transmission operation or after a considerable change in the operating parameters, the transmission amplifier is operated with a supply voltage which is of such a magnitude that the transmission amplifier operates in the linear region, and the supply voltage for the transmission amplifier is reduced to the extent to which a quality factor for the compensation for the nonlinearity of the transmission amplifier is increased by the predistortion unit.

  • Patent number: 6386571
Abstract: A side strut (5) for a lower steering arm of a tractor has a single-action hydraulic cylinder and a setting unit with a hollow cylinder (17) and an adjustable setting element 20. The setting element (20) includes a threaded bore (30) which receives a threaded rod (32). The hydraulic cylinder has a first attaching element (6) to connect to a tractor. The threaded rod (32) has a second attaching element (7) to connect a lower steering arm. In the fully moved-out position of the hydraulic cylinder, the setting element (20) is rotatable by an actuating lever (33). Thus, the threaded rod (32) moves in and out. To prevent any rotation, a first holding element (36) is provided. The actuating lever (33) engages the holding element in a rest position.

  • Patent number: 6283488
Abstract: The invention relates to a device for stabilizing the two lower steering arms (1) of a tractor. The lower steering arms (1) can be actuated by a hydraulic power lift (9). Each lower steering arm (1) is associated with a side strut (6) which includes a single-acting hydraulic cylinder (7) to stabilize and secure the lower steering arm (1). A pre-selection valve (12) and a control valve (13) enable the hydraulic cylinders to be connected to the power lift (9) either via a line or loaded separately by a second pressure source (P2). Thus, independently of the actuation of the power lift (9), the two lower steering arms can be centrally centered by the hydraulic cylinders (7).
