    Abstract: Attachment bar detachably clamps onto the regular cross bar of a hurdle. Hurdle bar is hingedly attached to the attachment bar so that during training, the hurdle bar can be tipped over without injury to the hurdler. The height of the hurdle bar and attachment bar is such that the hurdle can be adjusted to provide standard hurdle heights over the hurdle bar.
