A notification can be sent to the mobile or other device of the third-party payor. The third-party payor can elect to pay or decline the request and can select a payment method via the mobile application on their device. The decision of the third-party payor and any payment method can be transmitted to the mobile device of the on-site consumer and/or the merchant POS device.
