  • Patent number: 7659107
Abstract: A rapid immunochromatographic assay system is provided for measuring the amount of glycated albumin in a blood sample relative to the total level of albumin in the sample. The assay system is comprised of a disposable cassette that contains the test strips and testing reagents, and a measurement device that automatically reads, calculates and displays the test results over a period of time. The test cassette contains two test strips that are used to measure glycated albumin and total albumin respectively. The strips are contiguous beneath the single sample application well so that the same sample is tested simultaneously by both test strips. Part of the sample will migrate thru the glycated albumin test strip where it will react with the glycated albumin test reagents to yield a glycated albumin result, while part of the sample will migrate thru the total albumin test strip where it will react with the total albumin test reagents to yield a total albumin result.

  • Patent number: 7647333
Abstract: By dividing data entries among multiple data collections, a data collection comprising a data entry associated with a requested percentile can be determined with reference to the number of data entries within each collection. Initially, the range of values corresponding to the identified data collection can be presented as the value of the requested percentile. Should further detail be required, the value for a requested percentile can be refined by averaging the range, linearly, or otherwise, extrapolating estimated values for the data entries within the identified data collection, or sorting the actual entries according to their values. A relational database can maintain the data entries, each comprising values along one or more dimensions, and an OLAP engine component can maintain a counting of the data entries within the defined data collections.

  • Publication number: 20090319934
Abstract: A method provides information about stations in an irrigation system which are simultaneously active. An irrigation flow curve image is displayed which summarizes flow information for an irrigation system. The method interacts with a user to receive an indication from a user interface pointing device of a position within a flow curve area of the irrigation flow curve image on the display. The method retrieves detail information for stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at a time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device. Detail information is displayed isolating the stations in the irrigation system which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device, wherein the detail information further individually indicates irrigation activity for stations which are simultaneously active at the time indicated by the position of the user interface pointing device.
