    Abstract: In the process of the present invention, cariprazine is prepared by converting (trans-4-amino-cyclohexyl)-acetic acid ethyl ester hydrochloride to trans-4-aminocyclohexyl) acetic acid or its hydrochloride by hydrolysis, from the obtained product with addition of dimethylcarbamoyl derivative as a suitable reagent (trans-4-{[(dimethylamino)carbonyl]amino}cyclohexyl) acetic acid is formed, then the obtained compound is linked to 1-{2,3-dichlorophenyl)˜piperazine in the presence of carboxylic acid activating coupling reagent, and so 1,1-dimethyl-3-[trans-4-(2-oxo-2-(4-(2,3-dichlorophenyl)piperazin-1-yl-ethyl)cyclohexyl] urea is formed, which is converted to cariprazine borane adduct of formula (2) in the presence of reducing agent, and finally the product itself is eliminated directly or is obtained from its salt by a known method. The invention also relates to a group of intermediate compounds that are formed and/or used in the process according to the present invention.

    Abstract: The field of invention relates to a novel process, suitable for industrial scale manufacture, for the preparation of high-purity 5-[2-cyclopropyl-1-(2-fluorophenyl)-2-oxoethyl]-4,5,6,7-tetrahydrothieno[3,2-c]pyridine-2-yl acetate, prasugrel, of Formula (I). Especially in large-scale production, one of the main causes of piling up the impurities is the use of ether solvents consequently in each step in this procedure ethers are excluded. Avoiding the ethers resulted new conditions for production of intermediates in the different steps of our procedure. Conditions were determined so that each step from the beginning contributes to minimizing the impurity content of the end-product.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a novel, industrially easily realisable and economically preferable process for production of pure 5-{2-[4-(1,2-benzisothiazol-3-yl)-1-piperazinyl]-ethyl}-6-chloro-1,3-dihydro-2H-indol-2-one i.e., ziprasidone hydrochloride shown in the reaction scheme (II), (III), (IV), (V) and (VI).     Abstract: The present invention provides a novel, industrially realizable and economically preferable process for production of highly pure 1-benzyl-4-[(5,6-dimethoxy-1-indanon)-2-yl]methyl piperidine hydrochloride, i.e., donepezil hydrochloride shown in the following reaction scheme, in Polymorph (I) morphological crystal form. (I) In one of the key steps of the process, during the hydrogenation 5,6-dimethoxy 2-(pyridine-4-yhnethylene)indan-1-one hydrochloride is saturated using Pd carbon to get 4-[(5,6-dimethoxy-1-indanon)-2-yl]-methyl piperidine at more than 97% HPLC purity. In the crystallization step donepezil-hydrochloride is crystallized from an aqueous alcoholic solvent to get Polymorph (I) in at least 99.95% HPLC purity.
