  • Patent number: 10000870
Abstract: A conductive line stitching method is disclosed, wherein a metal line is arranged in a protection layer to form a conductive line, which is subjected to the steps of forming conductive line, laying cloth, performing stitching, combining a device, and connecting conductive line to have the conductive line located in a stitching area to carry out a subsequent operation for connection with a device, thereby achieving an effect of being processed with a one-time process and concealing the conductive line facilitated on smart clothes.

  • Publication number: 20170209097
Abstract: A suction-attachment structure includes an electrically conducting unit and a suction-attaching member. The suction-attaching member includes a base. The base has an edge from which a wall extends. The wall has an upper end forming an attaching face. The electrically conducting unit is coupled to the base of the suction-attaching member. The attaching face formed at the upper end of the wall defines a suction-attaching configuration to allow the suction-attaching member to securely hold the electrically conducting unit in position. As such, the electrically conducting unit is prevented from displacing during an operation of detection and contact engagement with a surface layer of a human body can be securely maintained for carrying out detection of physiological signals.

  • Publication number: 20170145189
Abstract: An improved plastic-cladding filament structure includes a combined arrangement of a base layer, thermosetting polymer glue, and at least one conductive filament. The thermosetting polymer glue is combined with the base layer. The at least one conductive filament is enclosed and housed in the thermosetting polymer glue to allow the conductive filament to be attached to the base layer through heating and setting of the thermosetting polymer glue. By means of the property the thermosetting polymer glue that the thermosetting polymer glue gets set after being heated to a predetermined temperature and melted and shaped and once heated to get set and shaped, further heating does not change the shape, the thermosetting polymer glue that encloses and houses the conductive filament can be set to form any desired shape to facilitate combination thereof with the base layer.

  • Publication number: 20170135416
Abstract: A plastic-cladding filament structure includes a combined arrangement of a thermoplastic elastomer and at least one conductive filament. The thermoplastic elastomer includes a rigid chain segment and a flexible chain segment. The at least one conductive filament is enclosed and housed in the thermoplastic elastomer so that the conductive filament may be attachable, through heating, melting, and bonding of the thermoplastic elastomer, in which through the property that the thermoplastic elastomer is solid in room temperature and gets melted to become liquid when heated to a predetermined temperature and gets solidified and bonded after being cooled, the thermoplastic elastomer that encloses and houses the conductive filament is allowed to attached to a fabric article or a base layer through solidification and bonding resulting from cooling, thereby improving utilization thereof.

  • Publication number: 20170119309
Abstract: An elastic physiological detection structure includes a fabric article, a main body, an elastic member, and a detection module. The main body is combined with an internal layer of the fabric article. The main body includes at least one opening formed therein. The elastic member is combined to a surface of the main body. The detection module is combined to the elastic member and exposed outside the opening of the main body. The elastic member helps the detection module to apply an increased force from the fabric article to a surface layer of a human body, allowing the detection module located outside the opening of the main body to tightly engage the surface layer of the human body at a site where detection is to be made thereby improving the attachability of the detection module to the surface layer of the human body and enhancing stability of dynamic detection.
