Abstract: An ultrawideband ultra-flat antenna and an ultrawideband ultra-flat transparent antenna which maintains visibility while functioning in surfaces without sacrificing antenna performance. The antenna, when mounted, appears substantially invisible and includes a mesh grid antenna that does not use a radome. The mesh grid antenna is optically transparent and may be easily mounted on windows and ceiling of buildings.

Abstract: An antenna comprising a plurality of spatial bandpass structures, wherein each spatial bandpass structures comprises an LC resonator having at least one parasitic patch disposed within a loop of the resonator. The plurality of spatial bandpass structures is positioned around a central section of the antenna. In some embodiments, each spatial bandpass structure is embedded in a radiating arm of an antenna. In some embodiments, the central section comprises at least one radiator. In some embodiments, the antenna further comprises at least one parasitic radiator disposed between two spatial bandpass structures. In other embodiments, the antenna has only one spatial bandpass structure, and/or is configured unevenly (i.e., such that different sides of the antenna are configured differently).

The housing and the inner wall define an inlet chamber above the inner wall and a further chamber below the inner wall. The housing further includes an outlet downwardly extending from the inlet chamber.

Abstract: An additive sub-system for a wastewater management system of a vehicle including at least one holding tank and a toilet has a controller, at least one additive dispenser and a pump. The at least one additive dispenser is in fluid communication with the at least one holding tank or the toilet. The pump is associated with each additive dispenser of the at least one additive dispensers. Each pump is controlled by the controller to dispense an additive from the at least one additive dispenser to the at least one holding tank or the toilet.

Abstract: An antenna package, comprising an antenna and a protective enclosure for the antenna, the enclosure comprising a case element and at least one guard element and at least one handle attached to the case element. The antenna is secured inside the case element. The enclosure can also comprise mounting hardware for mounting the antenna. The enclosure has at least one connector for the antenna, and, in some embodiments, has a connector protector element configured to protect the connector from damage. The enclosure can be any suitable size or shape. In some embodiments, guard elements and/or handles can be omitted or be removable. The antenna package is suitable for temporary installation and for repeated installation and deinstallation. A transport unit for securing the protective enclosure during transport is also disclosed. In some embodiments, the transport unit is modifiable by a user.

Abstract: A dual-polarized multi-band base station antenna array having a reduced physical footprint with compact antenna elements for deployment in wireless communication systems. The array includes a wall structure for suppressing air coupling between adjacent antenna element columns and for reducing the surface wave. Also described is a swapping technique for improving beamwidth and sector power ratio, and a low-profile antenna element for minimizing cross-band scattering, reducing impact on low-band antenna arrays, and improving passive intermodulation.

Abstract: A wastewater management system 10 includes a black water tank 12 for holding black wastewater and a grey water tank 14 for holding grey wastewater. The system 10 may additionally include a filter 62 for filtering suspended solids from the grey water; a first conduit 64 between the grey water tank 14 and the filter 62; a second conduit 66 between the filter 62 and a toilet 22, and a third conduit 68 between the filter 68 and the black water tank 12, the third conduit 68 associated with a valve 26; and a fourth conduit 69 between the filter 62 and the grey water tank 14, the fourth conduit 69 associated with the valve 26. The system 10 further includes a control sub-system 38 in communication with the valves 26 for controlling valves 26 to deliver filtered grey water to the toilet 22 for flush and to periodically clean the filter 62 of captured solids and deliver the captured solids to the black water tank 12.

Abstract: Systems relating to antennas. Antenna elements are coupled to adjacent other antenna elements by way of a coupler. The coupled antenna elements may be part of the same antenna array. The coupler may take the form of a substrate with conductive traces and the antenna elements may be dipoles or crossed dipole antennas. The coupled antenna elements may have similar polarizations. The capacitive coupling allows for physically smaller reflectors for antenna arrays.

Abstract: A toilet sub-system of a wastewater management vehicle includes a toilet and a housing. The housing is associated with the toilet and includes a macerator pumping arrangement having a macerator and a pump. The macerator includes a plurality of macerating knives. The pump is an air pump providing positive pressure in a macerator chamber to pump waste from the macerator chamber. The sub-system further includes at least one motor for driving the pumps and the macerator. The macerator pumping arrangement is operative in a macerating mode and a pumping mode, such that in the macerating mode the first motor first drives the macerating knives to macerate the waste and subsequently in the pumping mode the waste is pumped out of the macerating chamber by positive pressure.
