  • Publication number: 20250016232
Abstract: Described herein is an adaptable communication system for a vessel comprising: a network of gates, each gate comprising at least one wireless interface coupled to a wireless transmission line for wireless communication with another gate of the network and at least one wired interface coupled to a wired transmission line for wired communication with another gate of the network; wherein the gates are each configured to: while the system is in operation, repeatedly update a current gate status based on at least one current property of the wired and wireless transmission lines or at least one current property of the wired and wireless interfaces; receive a data package; select a transmission line based on the current gate status; and send the data package onwards towards a destination via the selected transmission line. Also described herein is a gate for an adaptable communication system and a method for communication in an adaptable system.

  • Patent number: 11063828
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to detecting software misconfiguration at a remote machine. A control server stores, in a data repository, a plurality of antipatterns, each antipattern relating to a misconfiguration of a remote computer system. The control server accesses data of the remote computer system. The control server runs the plurality of antipatterns on the data of the remote computer system to determine one or more misconfigurations of the remote computer system. The control server provides, as a digital transmission, an output representing the determined one or more misconfigurations of the remote computer system.

  • Patent number: 10574732
Abstract: In various example embodiments, a system and method for data transfer using images are provided herein. An image is received from a source device. Moreover, the image represents information stored in a memory of the source device. The image is generated based on an application that converts the information into the image. Further information is then generated on a destination device based on the received image. The further information is a duplicate of the information that is stored in the memory of the source device.
