    Abstract: Embodiments of a vehicle storage cabinet which fits on the floor of the cargo compartment of a utility vehicle. Articles may be safely and securely stored or transported inside the vehicle storage cabinet and other articles may be stored or transported on top of the vehicle storage cabinet. Storage compartments are provided which are accessible through the top of the vehicle storage cabinet and other compartments are provided which are accessible only when the cargo compartment of the utility vehicle is opened. The vehicle storage cabinet is portable and may be transferred to and from the vehicle with relative ease.
