The protrusions have three connected central openings extending from an outermost end of the protrusion to an inner surface of the flange. Also a fastener having five portions. The maximum width or diameter of the first portion, the third portion, and the fifth portion is larger than the maximum width or diameter of the second portion and the fourth portion. Also, a system for covering a pipe having such a cover and a plurality of such fasteners, a kit for covering a pipe including such a cover and at least one such fastener, and a method of covering a pipe.

Abstract: An image sensor having shortened wires. The image sensor includes a substrate composed of metal sheets arranged in a matrix, a photosensitive chip, bonding pads on the chip, a frame layer, wires and a transparent layer placed on the frame layer. Each metal sheet has a first board and a second board. A chamber is defined under the substrate to accommodate the chip. Each pad is arranged between first boards. The frame layer is formed on a periphery and the bottom surface to encapsulate the chip. The bottom faces of the second boards are electrically connected to a printed circuit board. Each wire has a first terminal and a second terminal. The first terminals are electrically connected to the pads, and the second terminals are electrically connected to the first boards, respectively.

Abstract: A gas lighter includes a rotating disk rotatably mounted in a lighter casing and operatively rotated upon a depression of a push button for igniting a flame from the lighter to mimic a roulette, and a lotto flash driver simultaneously operatively flashing, upon the depression of the push button, a plurality of indicator lamps such as light emitting diodes annularly provided on a base plate secured in the casing under the rotating disk in a circular flashing direction opposite to a rotating direction of the rotating disk for enriching a visual entertaining effect as well as an audio sounding when a buzzer is provided with the lotto flash driver.

Abstract: A bingo device includes: a gas lighter embedded in a holder casing having a lotto flash driver and a buzzer formed in the casing, whereby upon a ignition of the lighter by depressing a gas lever of the lighter, the lotto flash driver will be actuated for flashing plural lamps and also for sounding a buzzer for lighting, entertaining and playing purposes.
