A second elongate cleaning element extends outwardly from the housing and includes raised surface portions extending radially inward from its inside wall surface. Each of the first and second cleaning elements is a cylindrical tube having a longitudinally extending open seam forming a gap for permitting a flexing of the cleaning element walls through a biasing force placed thereon.
