  • Patent number: 8907697
Abstract: Embodiments related to electrically characterizing a semiconductor device are provided. In one example, a method for characterizing a pin of a semiconductor device is provided, the method comprising providing a test pattern to the semiconductor device. Further, the method includes adjusting a selected electrical state of a pin of the semiconductor device and measuring a value for a dependent electrical state of the pin responsive to the selected electrical state. The example method also includes generating an electrical characterization for the pin by correlating the dependent electrical state with the selected electrical state and outputting the electrical characterization for display.

  • Patent number: 5191305
Abstract: A multiple bandpass filter is disclosed having a common input intercoupling a plurality of parallel single bandpass filters which are further intercoupled to provide a composite signal at a common output. The multiple bandpass filter of the present invention is appropriate for application to ceramic filters. In a preferred embodiment, the multiple bandpass filter of the present invention has a common input, parallel distributed resonator single bandpass filters, and a common output, all integral to the same ceramic structure. The multiple bandpass filter comprises a ceramic block having a plurality of rows of holes extending from the top of the bottom of the block and a slot extending from the top to the bottom of the block, separating the rows. The block and interior of the holes and slot are substantially covered with conductive material. An area near one end of each of the holes is bare ceramic.

  • Patent number: 4127823
Abstract: A single digitally programmable divide by "N" counter controls a timing sequence composed of a plurality of timed intervals. Each interval in the sequence is independent of the other intervals even though the same programmable divide by N counter is used to control the length of each interval. The completely digital controller automatically reprograms itself in a predetermined manner for each interval in a sequence. A single clock circuit provides the interval lengths typically ranging from milliseconds to hundreds of hours for the controlled intervals. The output from the controller is a repetitive series of "1"s and "0"s of the adjustable timed durations.
