  • Publication number: 20260117965
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a peripheral device which can include a keychain flashlight having an integrated alarm. A light-emitting element is disposed or otherwise positioned at a first end of the body portion. A power switch is disposed on the housing for controlling the light-emitting element. An alarm switch is disposed on the housing. A coupling assembly is located at a second end of the body portion opposite the first end. A swivel locking device is connected to the coupling assembly and configured to rotate between an open position and a closed position. The peripheral device may include an acoustic transducer, a locking pin, a release switch, textured side surfaces, a rechargeable battery, and a charging port cover.

  • Publication number: 20260071745
Abstract: The present disclosure provides a lighting device including a housing, a light source disposed within the housing, a power source disposed within the housing and electrically coupled to the light source, and a retractable charge cord assembly integrated within the housing. The retractable charge cord assembly includes a charge cord, a connector coupled to an end of the charge cord, and a retraction mechanism configured to extend and retract the charge cord. The retraction mechanism may include a wheel around which the charge cord is wound and a spring mechanism coupled to the wheel to facilitate automatic retraction of the charge cord. The connector may be configured to nest within a portion of the housing when the charge cord is fully retracted. The lighting device may include a cover movably coupled to the housing to conceal the connector when in a closed position.

  • Publication number: 20260036268
Abstract: A headlamp assembly is provided with dual power sources and flexible control for extended operation. The assembly includes a first housing positioned on the front of an operator's head containing a light-emitting element, such as a light-emitting diode (LED), and a rechargeable power source. A second housing, worn at the rear of the head and electrically coupled to the first housing, contains a non-rechargeable, disposable power source, such as one or more alkaline batteries. A selector and associated circuitry allow the operator to toggle electrical power to the light-emitting element between the rechargeable and disposable power sources based at least in part on the orientation of the selector. The first housing may further include a power button for switching the light between on and off states and a charging port, such as a USB port, for recharging the rechargeable battery.

  • Patent number: 12435845
Abstract: A headlamp assembly includes a light-emitting element, a primary power source, and a secondary power source. The primary power source can include disposable batteries, and the secondary power source can include a rechargeable battery. The headlamp assembly features a sliding switch mechanism located on the back of the headlamp assembly, allowing the user to select the desired power source. The light source may be a light-emitting diode (LED). The sliding switch mechanism moves left and right to switch between the rechargeable power source and the alkaline power source, providing the user with the flexibility to choose the power source that suits their specific requirements or preferences at any given time.
