    Abstract: A flame-resistant material includes a para-aramid non-woven material substrate; and a polyurethane film containing approximately 10-20% by weight of antimony oxide (Sb2O3, Sb2O5) and decabromodiphenyl oxide containing a high level of aromatic bromine laminated to a first and a second surface of the para-aramid non-woven material substrate. The flame-resistant material is light weight, exhibits an exceptionally high level of protection from an arc flash hazard, and possesses a low particulate level that is required for clean room applications.
