The method includes receiving, from a user computing system, a request to access a software application hosted on a server with which the gateway computing system is in communication. The method also includes in response to receiving the request, communicating with the user computing system to obtain a credential for the software application issued to a user of the user computing system. The method also includes comparing the credential to credential data stored on a distributed ledger to determine whether the credential meets a set of conditions. The method also includes in response to determining that the credential meets the set of conditions, establishing an authorized session between the user computing system and the server such that communication between the user computing system and the server passes through the gateway computing system.

Abstract: The present invention provides for an improved method of determining a water out condition in a humidified gases supply apparatus. The method includes a two step process including a primary determination of a water out condition and a secondary determination of a water out condition. This primary determination is made during observation of the normal operation of the apparatus. During the secondary determination the method takes temporary control over the humidifying part of the apparatus. The secondary determination confirms or contradicts the primary determination.

Abstract: A method and system are provided for performing the recovery of deleted user data in a database datafile. The database datafile may be stored in data storage and may contain one or more flags or “deleted-data flags” indicating that the database datafile contains deleted user data. For recovering the deleted user data, the system receives at least one input indicative of the database datafile, ascertains one or more addresses of deleted user data that have corresponding deleted-data flags, and alters at least one reference in the database datafile that corresponds to the ascertained addresses. Additionally, the system may search the database datafile for the deleted-data flags.

Abstract: A method for configuring a mobile phone to have consumer selected functions includes the steps of: designing application software having different functions; collecting the designed application software into a database; selecting predetermined application software having desired functions from the database; and inputting the selected application software into corresponding storage devices of a mobile phone; Thus the mobile phone has the functions that the consumer wants. Application software can be reconfigured and upgraded when the consumer has some new or higher demands for functions. The high cost of purchasing a new mobile phone is thus avoided by the consumer when the consumer wants to upgrade functions.

Abstract: A system and method for providing user authentication and authorizations for an enterprise. An enterprise dynamic network authorization system includes an authorization server that receives requests from users for access to services. The authorization server uses user service subscriptions and access rules associated with the services to determine if the user should be authorized to access a service. The system may provide authentication for provisioned services having their own authentication databases through the use of an authorization remote management interface. The system may further include an administration server coupled to the authorization server. The administration server may be used by an administrator to add, modify, and delete user authorizations within the enterprise dynamic network authorization system and remote systems using the authorization remote management interface.

Abstract: A low-battery-status informing device for portable electronic apparatus includes a power switch, a voltage level determination module and a status informing display. The power switch is provided for users to turn on the power of the portable electronic apparatus. The voltage level determination module compares the voltage level of the battery with a reference level and outputs a status determining signal. In response to the status determining signal, the status informing display outputs a status informing signal to users without waking up the portable electronic apparatus.
