    Abstract: A rotating electrical machine includes a rotor mounted on a shaft, a stator including stator windings with end leads, a bracket which supports a bearing for the shaft, and a frame which supports and encloses the stator. The frame includes a first part and a second part. An aperture for the end leads is formed between the first part and the second part. This can allow an impregnated stator to be inserted into the frame without the need to manipulate the end leads.
