Abstract: A photovoltaic cell for the production from solar radiation of electrical energy includes a reservoir adapted to contain a quantity of photoionizable solution, a solar powered plasma generator in fluid communication with the reservoir, a solar powered ionization chamber in fluid communication with the plasma generator, an electrode baffle in fluid communication with the ionization chamber and a return fluid communication path from the electrode baffle to the reservoir. As arranged, the reservoir, the plasma generator, the ionization chamber and the electrode baffle form a closed fluid loop in order from the reservoir to the plasma generator to the ionization chamber to the electrode baffle and back to the reservoir.

Abstract: A frame for receiving objects to be displayed is disclosed. The frame has a display side for an object and a back plate positioned opposite said display side. At least one opening is positioned in the back plate of the frame. At least one securing device is positioned adjacent the opening and the securing device extends at least partially over the opening. A support member having a projection on one side comprises part of the frame. The projection is disposed for insertion into the opening in the back plate. The securing device engages the support member to maintain the projection of the support member in the opening. The support member extends from the back plate whereby the support member supports the frame in a manner where an object positioned on the display side of the frame can be viewed.
