    Abstract: A scheduling board having multiple bracket classes identified thereon, with paired sets of attachment means grouped to receive sequentially and numerically identified participant tags and with one or more groups of the attachment means. In practicing the method of the invention, the participant tags are numerically positioned on first group attachment means with one-half of the participant tags being sequentially arranged in a first column and with the remaining one-half of the participant tags being arranged in a second column. The tags in the columns are aligned and the order of ascending numerical sequence of the participant tags in the second column is directionally opposite to the order of ascending numerical sequence of the participant tags in the first column.
