Abstract: The present invention relates to an apparatus and method for reducing or eliminating water, dirt and other debris from being thrown onto following vehicles during highway or road travel by introducing intercepted or compressed air across and onto the roadway surface in the forward path of vehicle tires to move water, dirt and other debris toward the roadway under the vehicle centerline and away from the tires and by capturing the moved water, dirt and other debris with a vacuum or suction thereby eliminating the source of foreign material which might be cast by tires onto following vehicles.
