  • Publication number: 20240124120
Abstract: Assemblies and methods for facilitating the assembly of aircraft wings to a fuselage are disclosed. In some embodiments, a wing unit includes features that are configured to define one of more parts of a pressure vessel that is partially defined by the fuselage portion. In some embodiments, the aircraft assemblies disclosed herein comprise one or more first structural interfaces that permit positional adjustment between the wing unit and the fuselage portion so that one or more second structural interfaces may be finished only after such positional adjustment. In some embodiments, the aircraft assemblies disclosed herein comprise one or more structural interfaces that are disposed outside of the wing unit in order to eliminate or reduce the need for assembly personnel to access the interior of the wing unit to carry out the structural assembly of the wing unit to the fuselage portion.

  • Publication number: 20240121337
Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a call originated from a caller entity destined for a called entity at a call content server, identifying a called number associated with the called entity and a caller number associated with the caller entity, comparing a telephone number prefix associated with the called number with a number of enhanced call content data elements to identify a match, selecting one or more of the enhanced call content data elements to pair with the called number based on the match, and forwarding the selected enhanced call content data elements to the called entity.

  • Patent number: 11949814
Abstract: One example method of operation may include identifying a call to a mobile device, determining whether the call includes call content data intended for the mobile device, initiating an active session and a time to live (TTL) associated with the call content data, forwarding the call content data to the mobile device when the call includes call content data associated with the caller, and receiving a content confirmation from the mobile device that the call content data was received.

  • Publication number: 20240068005
Abstract: The present invention provides engineered ketoreductase and phosphite dehydrogenase enzymes having improved properties as compared to a naturally occurring wild-type ketoreductase and phosphite dehydrogenase enzymes, as well as polynucleotides encoding the engineered ketoreductase and phosphite dehydrogenase enzymes, host cells capable of expressing the engineered ketoreductase and phosphite dehydrogenase enzymes, and methods of using the engineered ketoreductase and phosphite dehydrogenase enzymes to synthesize a chiral catalyst used in the synthesis of antiviral compounds, such as nucleoside inhibitors. The present invention further provides methods of using the engineered enzymes to deracemize a chiral alcohol in a one-pot, multi-enzyme system.

  • Publication number: 20110094902
Abstract: One embodiment of a hamper for the insertion into conventional consumer and commercial clothing washers and dryers. The article is cylindrical shaped article to fit inside typical front load and top load commercial or consumer clothing washer and dryer. This embodiment of our hamper has cut out transport handles 2 in the side of the cylinder and handles in the top lip of the cylinder 3. In addition, the base 6 and cylinder sides contain the apertures 1 for liquid drainage during the washing cycle and ventilation during the drying cycle. The cylinder sides may contain recessed baffles 5 along the cylinder walls to fit over the baffles of existing front load washer and dryers or concavities originating in the base to fit over agitators of top load washers.
