Abstract: A method includes accessing feature values representing a historical population of assembly units assembled on an assembly line; and accessing a failure status of the assembly unit at a target test on the assembly line. The method also includes, for each feature: deriving a correlation between values of the feature and failure status at the target test; deriving an effective limit of the feature based on scope of feature values in the historical population of assembly units; and calculating an action score for the feature based on the correlation and a width of the effective limit. The method further includes: selecting a particular feature exhibiting greatest action score; defining a preemptive test for the particular feature upstream of the target test during a next assembly period; and assigning a target limit, narrower than an effective limit of the particular feature, to the preemptive test.

Abstract: An improved well completion system for completing two or more separate production zones in a well bore during a single downhole trip is disclosed. The improved completion system comprises a completion assembly comprising two or more production zone assemblies and a completion tool assembly. Each production zone assembly may comprise an automatic system locating assembly and at least two inverted seal systems for sealing against the tool assembly.

Abstract: A remote control toy vehicle system includes a toy vehicle and a remote control. The toy vehicle includes a motor for selectively driving the toy vehicle. The remote control is electrically coupled to the toy vehicle and includes a manually actuatable first control switch for controlling the motor. The remote control also includes a sound producing circuit for selectively producing sounds related to the toy vehicle. Manually actuatable second control switches on the remote control the sounds producible by the sound producing circuitry.

Abstract: An adaptable device attachable, adjustable and removable to and from the underside of natural or LP gas, electrical and certain conventional cooking grills and ovens, stationary or portable, such as are commonly employed to grill or cook food. The device includes a removable coupling unit which is mounted to a draft opening, normally a part of the underside of a grill or cooking unit. The lower area of the removable coupling unit has a smoking column, which is a tube, hollow column or barrel apparatus connectable thereto in a locking fashion and disconnectable therefrom in a reverse locking fashion, into which is placed a measurable volume of hardwood flakes or fine particles. Provided also is an electrical power heating source element to ignite or smolder the hardwood fine particles of flakes, the electric power heating source being sealed in the lower portion of the smoking column.
