    Abstract: Compounds having excellant insecticidal properties and utility as fire retardants have the formula: ##EQU1## wherein X is halogen, the R substituents can be hydrogen, hydrocarbon or substituted hydrocarbon radicals, and the R.sub.7 and R.sub.8 can additionally be halogen. Halogenation products of the foregoing compounds are especially useful.
