Abstract: A method for generating funds which may be used for the financing of new or replacement or refurbished sports stadiums for professional sports or entertainment centers or the like or for any other purpose is disclosed which generates the funds through the sale of the exclusive interest in some or all of the individual seats in the sports stadium or entertainment center in perpetuity (as long as the team exists), for a predefined term, or for the life of the sports stadium or entertainment center. A large number of the better seats in the newly constructed or renovated sports stadium or entertainment center are sold to buyers for the long term, with the buyer of each seat either agreeing to pay the equivalent of the current season ticket price for the seat each year for a predetermined period of time or alternately making a single payment.
