  • Patent number: 4529191
Abstract: The horizontal bar includes tubular members freely telescopically interconnected having lateral extending ends depending to outward facing U-shaped members having sufficient width to be disposed about the respective sides of a doorway, and to have frictional engagement therewith. A pivotal link is attached to the base of each U-shaped member and is slidably engaged with a respective wedge-shaped receiving bracket at each side of the doorway. The pivotal links may be engaged with the respective receiving brackets in a depending orientation for a lower position of the horizontal bar or may be engaged with the brackets in an upstanding orientation for a higher position of the horizontal bar.

  • Patent number: 4454877
Abstract: A nebulizer comprising of an elongated body including a nebulized fluid emission opening at one end with a nebulizer fluid reservoir communicating with the opening and a fluid barrier means adjacent to the opening. A wick extends between the reservoir and barrier for conveying nebulizer fluid to the barrier region from the reservoir. A source of pressurized gas is within a housing along with a means for conveying the pressurized gas to the wick in the region of the barrier. The conveying means includes a perforated section which extends into the region of the wick and through the barrier. The pressurized gas traverses the conducting means and aspirates the nebulizer fluid during passage through the barrier. The perforated section is a helical spring and the wick is a carpet-like fabric. A novel form of perforated barrier in the form of a closely spaced helical spring is enclosed. A novel filter formed from a knurled rod within a passage also is disclosed.

  • Patent number: 4420799
Abstract: A circular gas discharge reflector lamp has a ballast supporting structure enclosing a ballast and having a male screw shell extending therefrom. Lamp engaging arms extend from the structure and hold a circular gas discharge lamp which is electrically connected to the ballast and screw shell in an operative circuit. A concave reflector partially enclosing the lamp and attached to the ballast supporting structure near the male screw shell. A lens attached at its perimeter to the perimeter of the reflector, which transmits the direct light emitted by the lamp and also transmits the reflected light from the reflector. The screw shell, ballast supporting structure, reflector and lens are joined together with continuously sealed seams whereby the reflector lamp is water tight.
