A communications device application based on a peer communications framework component in communication with a peer network stack on the communications device may work as middleware, with a connection to both a more general server-based network such as the Internet and to an external device, such as a head unit of an automobile. Although the communications device has a separate connection out to the Internet via a general network stack co-existing on the same communications device, the peer network stack and the general network stack are not directly connected.

Abstract: A wash system using a biodegradable chemical in a water solution for the degreasing of items such as automobile parts, machine parts or medical parts. The fluid is recirculated, can be heated, is filtered and any oils or greases lighter than water are separated and reclaimed from the top of the solution. The solution is held in a reservoir tank pumped through a filter and a goose neck pipe to a nozzle in the sink. The oils or greases are removed by a skimming system into flexible tubing which empties into buckets for later recycling. The filter removes particles, metal filings and is recycled as scrap metal.

Abstract: A vehicle for use in underground mining operations is disclosed which is adapted for ready conversion between personnel and materials transportation by the provision of a movable flat panel type platform or platform element movable between a first position, corresponding to a personnel transportation mode of operation, and a second position, corresponding to a materials transportation mode of operation. A bar type member extends from a seat structure transverse to its longitudinal direction which coincides with the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. The bar type member provides a horizontal support surface along with the top of the seat structure for supporting the platform in its materials transportation mode of operation. The seat structure comprises a pair of seats arranged in back-to-back relationship along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle and includes a space therebetween for the storage of said platform means in the personnel carriage mode of operation.
