  • Publication number: 20260115766
Abstract: A system may include an assembly including rotating segments coupled together to induce a motion for an object in contact with the assembly, the assembly including multiple destinations defining areas for delivery. The system may include a controller configured to detect a characteristic of the object, identify a destination of the multiple destinations to deliver the object based on the characteristic, and modify a configuration of the assembly to direct the object to the destination. Additional systems and associated methods are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20260029838
Abstract: A video production system may include a video production environment and a modular floor including a plurality of tiles configured to move independently to induce or respond to a motion for a user or users in contact with the modular floor. The video production environment may include a camera, a stage, and a screen. The screen may provide a digital background. The system may include a processor configured to modify a configuration of the video production environment (e.g., the digital environment or the physical environment) based on a detected characteristic of the user(s) on the modular floor (e.g., an orientation, position, or movement of the user(s)). The system may include a sensor configured to detect the characteristic of the user(s) on the modular floor. Additional systems and associated methods are also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20250341885
Abstract: A system may include a first modular tile floor configured to receive a first input from a first user associated with the first modular tile floor, a second modular tile floor separate from the first modular tile floor and configured to receive a second input from a second user associated with the second modular tile floor, and a display system configured to generate a visual content based on the first input, the second input, or a combination thereof. The first modular tile floor may induce or respond to a desired motion associated with the first user. The second modular tile floor may induce or respond to a desired motion associated with the second user. The display system may generate a virtual or augmented reality environment for viewing by the first user and the second user. The first and second inputs may adjust the virtual or augmented reality environment.

  • Patent number: 12386413
Abstract: An interactive user experience system is disclosed. The system includes a processor, a display in electrical communication with the processor and configured to display a visual content of interactive content, a modular tile floor in electrical communication with the processor and including a plurality of tiles configured to move independently to induce or respond to a desired motion for a user in contact with the modular tile floor, a sensor in electrical communication with the processor. The sensor detects at least one of an orientation or a position of the user on the modular tile floor, and based on the detected orientation or position of the user, the processor modifies at least one of the visual content or a movement of the plurality of tiles.

  • Publication number: 20250153050
Abstract: A system includes a computing platform having a hardware processor and a memory storing a software code, a video camera communicatively coupled to the computing platform, and a user device communicatively coupled to the computing platform, the user device including a position/location (P/L) detection unit. The hardware processor is configured to execute the software code to obtain a three-dimensional (3D) map of a physical venue, identify one or more object representations within the physical venue, and detect, using the video camera, a collision of a light beam emitted by the user device with one of the one or more object representations. The hardware processor is further configured to execute the software code to identify, based on the 3D map and an orientation data sampled from the P/L detection unit, the user device having emitted the light beam colliding with the one of the one or more object representations.

  • Publication number: 20250117539
Abstract: Systems and methods to simulate the movement and interaction of objects on modular omnidirectional actuated floors are disclosed herein. A system may include a processor configured to generate a set of particles along a boundary of a contact surface of an object on a modular floor including a plurality of tiles configured to move independently. The processor may also be configured to assign a linear velocity to each particle of the set of particles. The processor may also be configured to assign an angular velocity to each particle of the set of particles. The processor may also be configured to simulate the motion of the object on the modular floor based on the assigned linear and angular velocities. Additional systems and associated methods are also disclosed.
