  • Patent number: 12270275
Abstract: The present invention relates to an adjustable well water flow valve device for underground well water systems. The device can be attached to a well water system to allow the user to adjust the flow within the system through a vertical opening of the restrictor within a body of the device. The fastener can be placed through the body and a horizontal opening of the restrictor, such that the fastener obstructs a portion of the vertical opening to further allow a user to increase/decrease flow through the restrictor by increasing/decreasing the size of the vertical opening.

  • Publication number: 20230172384
Abstract: There is provided an apparatus for heating a pot of food or beverage, the apparatus comprising at least one receptacle (20), each receptacle for temporarily receiving a pot of food or beverage to be heated. Each receptacle comprises a base (22), sidewalls (24), and an opening opposite from the base (22) for receiving the pot; a heater element (43) mounted to the sidewalls; a temperature sensor (45) mounted to the base; a pot sensor (40, 41) for detecting whether or not a pot is present in the receptacle; and a controller connected to the heater element, temperature sensor, and pot sensor. The controller is configured to control the heater element in response to the pot sensor and temperature sensor.

  • Patent number: 7912183
Abstract: Exemplary embodiments relate to methods, systems, user devices and computer program products for providing network status information. Methods include receiving alarm data for an event from a plurality of sources. The alarm data includes a plurality of alarm records each including a site identifier. The alarm data is processed to create report data. The processing includes assigning an attribute of failed to each of the site identifiers that are specified in more than a threshold number of the alarm records. The report data comprises at least digital loop carrier information. The report data is transmitted to a mechanized loop test (MLT) testing system capable of generating MLT test results. The MLT test results are used to adjust the digital loop carrier information included in the report data, wherein the digital loop carrier information specifies a quantity of digital carrier loop lines that are out of service.

  • Publication number: 20080089225
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer program products for generating network outage reports. The methods include receiving alarm data for a network outage which, if not remedied, may become a reportable event. The alarm data includes a plurality of alarm records each including a site identifier, a date, a time, and an outage event description. The alarm records are processed to determine outage information comprising at least one of a current outage duration or a current quantity of lines affected by the outage. A reportable event threshold defines at least one of a minimum reportable outage duration or a minimum reportable quantity of lines affected by the outage. If the current outage duration is greater than the minimum reportable outage duration, or if the current quantity of lines affected by the outage is greater than the minimum reportable quantity of lines affected by the outage, or both, then a network outage report is generated which associates the network outage with a graphical indicia.
