Abstract: A device for working various muscle groups, comprising, at least one axle member having two opposing ends comprising, a gripping portion located about midway between the opposing ends; one or more rotating members, that rotate independent of the axle member and comprise an inner contact surface; at least one member adapted to facilitate rotation of the rotating member, wherein one or more of the facilitating member is interposed between the inner contact surface of one or more of the rotating members and the axle member; and one or more fixing members for fixing one or more of the rotating members in an axial position along the axle member.
