The panel includes a plurality of telecommunications modules with one or more front ports and one or more rear ports for telecommunications cables. Patch cords connect from the front ports of the modules to equipment held by the cabinet. Trunk cables or other cables connect to the rear ports of the modules. The panel is hingedly mounted to the side of the cabinet to access the rear ports and the trunk cables.
