Abstract: Provided is a magnetic signal detection chip in which taking the centerline of a sensing region of the magnetic signal detection chip extending along the flow direction of the chemical fluid as a reference, each of sensing units on one side is connected to a corresponding output pad on the one side via lead, while each of sensing units on the other side is connected to a corresponding output pad on the other side via lead. In this way, the size of the magnetic signal detection chip could be reduced and the lead resistance could be reduced. Further provided is a detection card including the magnetic signal detection chip and further provided is a nucleic acid detection device including the detection card.

Abstract: Provided is a magnetic signal detection chip. Each flow sensing component thereof includes lead portions and notch portion(s) located between the adjacent lead portions, wherein the notch portion(s) is(are) located in the flow path and at least a part of each lead portion adjacent to the notch portion is exposed to the chemical fluid, so that the flow sensing component(s) is(are) conducted when the chemical fluid completely covers the notch portion(s). Thus one could regulate the processing steps according to the sensing results of the flow sensing component, which can avoid inaccurate detection results. Further provided is a detection card including the magnetic signal detection chip and further provided is a nucleic acid detection device including the detection card. Further provided is a method of detecting composition containing target DNA fragment in chemical fluid.

Abstract: A method of selecting players to make payments associated with a session of a game is disclosed. A player is selected to make a payment. The selecting of the player is based on a session counter of the player having a higher value than a session counter of an additional player seeking to participate in the session of the game. Based on a receiving of the payment from the selected player, the session counter of the selected player is decremented by an amount corresponding to the payment, the value of the session counter of the additional player is incremented by an amount corresponding to the payment, and the selected player and the unselected player are allowed to participate in the session of the instance of the game.
