    Abstract: An analysis apparatus (1) for carrying out chemical analyses is disclosed, having a base member (3) in which there is at least one channel (8, 9), and having at least one functional element (12) which is in fluid or gaseous connection with the channel. In such an apparatus, it is desirable to facilitate maintenance and increase flexibility. For that purpose, the functional element (12) is positioned on the outside of the base member (3) and is in connection with the channel (8, 9) by way of at least one interface opening (10, 11).
