Abstract: A method of manufacturing a composite annular seal for a semiconductor process chamber is provided. The method includes extruding a first elastomeric material in uncured form to form a cord of uncured first elastomeric material and extruding, via crosshead extrusion, a second elastomeric material in uncured form onto an outer surface of the cord of uncured first elastomeric material to form an uncured radially layered cord. The uncured radially layered cord includes an inner core of the first elastomeric material and an outer layer of the second elastomeric material. The second elastomeric material is different than the first elastomeric material. The method also includes co-curing the first and second elastomeric material of the uncured radially layered cord to form a cured radially layered cord. The method also includes splicing, via hot vulcanization, a first and second end of the cured radially layered cord to form the composite annular seal.

Abstract: The invention provides animal play toys that engage an animal in play before and during consumption of a treat. In one aspect, the invention provides an animal play toy having a top portion defining at least one hole therethrough and a weighted bottom portion. The animal play toy is able to stand upright when there is no interaction with the animal play toy. One or more ropes of a consumable product or a non-consumable product can be attached to the top portion of the animal play toy through the hole.

Abstract: The invention is directed toward a system and method for generating foam on an inflatable bounce structure. The system comprises a foaming solution reservoir, a nozzle, a foaming solution supply line, an electric liquid pump, and a dispersion unit. The foaming solution reservoir contains a foaming solution. The nozzle atomizes a foaming solution. The foaming solution supply line is connected to the foaming solution reservoir and the nozzle. The electric liquid pump delivers foaming solution from the foaming solution reservoir to the nozzle. The dispersion unit is embedded in the wall of an inflatable bounce structure. The nozzle sprays the atomized foaming solution on the dispersion unit. The air within the inflatable bounce structure passes through the dispersion unit to create a foam.
