    Abstract: One variation of a food preparation unit 120 includes: a manual preparation surface; an autonomous assembly zone beneath the manual preparation surface; a receptacle above the autonomous assembly zone and adjacent the manual preparation surface; a conveyor unit within the autonomous assembly zone, configured to traverse a food container through the autonomous assembly zone; and a set of actuators adjacent the receptacle and configured to, in one configuration with the dispenser receptacle occupied by a food dispensing assembly loaded with an ingredient type, selectively actuate to rotate a set of agitators in the food dispensing assembly to drive the ingredient type toward an outlet of the food dispensing assembly and to open the outlet to dispense a serving of the ingredient type toward the autonomous assembly zone.

    Abstract: One variation of a food production system includes a controller and a module housing: configured to transiently house a food-dispensing module configured to store and dispense units of an ingredient toward an autonomous assembly zone; and including a positioner module, arranged within the autonomous assembly zone, including a platform configured to receive and support a food container, a set of positioner arms configured to maneuver the platform across an assembly plane to position the food container below food-dispensing modules, and a set of actuators configured to transiently engage the set of positioner arms. The controller is configured to: receive a food order specifying the ingredient; trigger the set of actuators to rotate the set of positioner arms to move the platform across the assembly plane and locate the food container below the food-dispensing module; and trigger the food-dispensing module to dispense the ingredient into the food container.

A repeller shaft is arranged extending through an opening of a wall of the arc chamber to an outer side. The repeller shaft has a step narrowing down the repeller shaft. The tubular insert is mounted concentrically to the repeller shaft. The first insulator has a collar shape and is attached to the tubular insert so that an inner shoulder of the first insulator is pressed against an outer side of the wall of the arc chamber. The second insulator is cap-nut shaped and is attached to the first insulator with an outer flange thereof.

    Abstract: A cathode holding assembly to be mounted on an arc chamber support of an ion implanter includes a cathode holding plate, an insulator block, and a shield cap. The cathode holding plate has a protruding outer rib towards the shield cap and an opening with a protruding inner rib. A protrusion of the insulator block passes through the opening of the cathode holding plate. The insulator block abuts the protruding inner rib of the opening of the cathode holding plate at an edge of the insulator block to precisely fit the insulator block into the opening of the cathode holding plate. The shield cap is arranged to a side of the insulator block opposing the protrusion. A gap extends between the cathode holding plate and the shield cap, then between the cathode holding plate and the insulator block where it ends.
