  • Patent number: 12079992
Abstract: The present disclosure relates to systems, non-transitory computer-readable media, and methods for utilizing machine learning and digital embedding processes to generate digital maps of biology and user interfaces for evaluating map efficacy. In particular, in one or more embodiments, the disclosed systems receive perturbation data for a plurality of perturbation experiment units corresponding to a plurality of perturbation classes. Further, the systems generate, utilizing a machine learning model, a plurality of perturbation experiment unit embeddings from the perturbation data. Additionally, the systems align, utilizing an alignment model, the plurality of perturbation experiment unit embeddings to generate aligned perturbation unit embeddings. Moreover, the systems aggregate the aligned perturbation unit embeddings to generate aggregated embeddings. Furthermore, the systems generate perturbation comparisons utilizing the perturbation-level embeddings.

  • Publication number: 20070239061
Abstract: The present invention relates to accurately measuring electrical readings. One embodiment of the present invention includes a method for measuring the electrical readings, recording the electrical readings to produce a relationship, correlating the relationship to a plurality of known mistakes, and then generating an accuracy level. The relationship may be a mathematical or graphical relationship among the measured electrical readings. The relationship can then be correlated to relationships that are produced when a particular measurement error is made. The probability that particular measurement errors were made can be determined such that an overall accuracy level can be quantified. In addition, the method may include suggesting corrective actions if the accuracy level indicates a high probability of measurement error. Another embodiment of the present invention includes a system for accurately measuring electrical readings.

  • Publication number: 20060020223
Abstract: The present invention relates to a system for determining treatment options from at least two electrical readings. The electrical readings are conductivity measurements of a particular region on the human body. The system utilizes a correlation algorithm to determine the diagnosis which can easily be correlated with appropriate treatments. The correlation algorithm may include the analysis of multiple electrical readings in determining the diagnosis. The system may also utilize a database of clinical data to further assist in determining the diagnosis.
