  • Patent number: 12580514
Abstract: A mounting assembly comprises a fastener that includes a bolt and a nut. The bolt includes a threaded distal end and a polygonal headed proximate end that extends along a fastener axis. The assembly also includes a mounting base, and a first reinforcement channel nested around a first base of a hat-shaped channel. The hat-shaped channel is nested around a second base of a second reinforcement channel that nests around a load distributing channel. The mounting base, the first and second reinforcement channels, the hat-shaped channel and the load distributing channel are removable with respect to the fastener along the fastener axis. The bolt is received through coaxial apertures located within the mounting base, the first and second reinforcement channels, the hat-shaped channel and the load distributing channel, such that the polygonal headed proximate end rests within a channel of the load distributing channel.

  • Patent number: 12463583
Abstract: A photovoltaic module clamp that secures a photovoltaic module to a structural support surface comprises a web that separates a first sidewall and a second sidewall at a distal end of the clamp, where the first and second sidewalls are substantially opposing and spaced apart to form a cavity. The web includes a plurality of segments includes a plurality of radiused segments and first and second opposing gussets located on respective opposing ones of the plurality of radiused segments. The first sidewall includes a through hole that receives a projection extending from the structural support surface. The second sidewall includes a rib extending from a proximate end of the second sidewall towards the distal end of the clamp, and the proximate end of the second sidewall flares outwardly from the cavity.

  • Publication number: 20250123028
Abstract: A saddle bracket assembly comprises a saddle bracket fastened to a saddle bracket support with a plurality of rivets. The saddle bracket web rests on a bracket support web with saddle bracket rivet holes coaxially aligned with an associated one of respective bracket support rivet holes and the coaxially aligned holes include one of a plurality of rivets to provide rivet joints that fasten the bracket support to the saddle bracket.
