Abstract: A roofing accessory is disclosed includes an elastomeric layer including non-crosslinked elastomeric material having a composition including: (A) 100 PHR of a base polymer including ethylene propylene diene monomer (EPDM) having a sum of ethylidene norbornene (ENB) content, vinyl norbornene (VNB) content, norbornadiene content, and 1,4 hexadiene content and/or dicyclopentadiene (DCPD) content from about 0 to 9 wt. %, (B) about 50 to 300 PHR of calcium carbonate; and (C) about 50 to 200 PHR of a dewaxed heavy paraffinic process oil(s). The accessory may further include a butyl-based layer adjacent to the elastomeric layer. The accessory may also include a protective layer configured as a liner, the protective layer arranged adjacent to the butyl-based layer such that the butyl-based layer is sandwiched between the first and protective layers. The accessory may have elongation at break of up to about 1800%.
