Patent number: 11226534Abstract: Apparatus and methods for generating mid-IR frequency combs using intra-pulse DFG. A mode-locked pulse generation laser generates near-IR pulses which are amplified. The amplified pulses are spectrally broadened by a nonlinear element, for example a normal dispersion highly nonlinear fiber (ND-HNLF) to generate broadened pulses. The nonlinear spectral broadening element is a transparent dielectric material having a cubic nonlinear response. Broadened pulses are temporally compressed to generate short, high-power pulses which few-cycle conditioned pulses which are ready for the intrapulse DFG process. The DFG block generates a mid-IR comb by difference frequency generation. It might comprise an orientation patterned GaP (OP-GaP) crystal or a poled lithium niobate (PPLN) crystal.Type: GrantFiled: August 21, 2019Date of Patent: January 18, 2022Assignee: Fathom Radiant, PBCInventors: Scott Diddams, Henry Timmers, Abijith J. Kowligy, Alexander Jacob Lind, Scott Papp

Patent number: 8386789Abstract: The present invention includes a computer-implemented method and an Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP). The method and system allows a user to enable an electronic signature approval process for modification of data in a transaction. The method includes accessing a table that corresponds with the transaction and adding a signature field having a property sheet to the table. The method also includes defining a select property in the property sheet with a select parameter. The select property configured to provide approval of modified data in the transaction upon entry of a valid electronic signature.Type: GrantFiled: April 28, 2011Date of Patent: February 26, 2013Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Jacob Lind, Jan Lysgaard Jensen

Patent number: 7720704Abstract: A computer-implemented method of managing route transactions in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is provided. The method includes calling a route form from an ERP server. The route form graphically illustrates at least one of a plurality of related tables corresponding to route processes, as well as an approval control input element to approve of a route transaction corresponding to the route processes. Upon receiving a user input at the approval control input element of the route form, the route transaction can be approved. Then, the method includes automatically implementing route transaction executing steps to each of the plurality of related route tables.Type: GrantFiled: May 12, 2005Date of Patent: May 18, 2010Assignee: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Jacob Lind, Jan Lysgaard Jensen

Publication number: 20060282350Abstract: A computer-implemented method of managing bill of materials (BOM) transactions in an enterprise resource planning (ERP) system is provided. The method includes calling a BOM form from an ERP server. The BOM form graphically illustrates at least one of a plurality of related tables corresponding to BOM processes, as well as an approval control input element to approve of a BOM transaction corresponding to the BOM processes. Upon receiving a user input at the approval control input element of the BOM form, the BOM transaction can be approved. Then, the method includes automatically implementing BOM transaction executing steps to each of the plurality of related BOM tables.Type: ApplicationFiled: May 12, 2005Publication date: December 14, 2006Applicant: Microsoft CorporationInventors: Jacob Lind, Jan Lysgaard Jensen
