    Abstract: A novel maize variety designated X18N926 and seed, plants and plant parts thereof are produced by crossing inbred maize varieties. Methods for producing a maize plant by crossing hybrid maize variety X18N926 with another maize plant are disclosed. Methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more traits introgressed into X18N926 through backcrossing or genetic transformation, and to the maize seed, plant and plant part produced thereby are described. Maize variety X18N926, the seed, the plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and minor modifications of maize variety X18N926 are provided. Methods for producing maize varieties derived from maize variety X18N926 and methods of using maize variety X18N926 are disclosed.

    Abstract: According to an embodiment a method for proximity-based networking is described. A position of a user's client device, e.g., a cell phone, is estimated. Then, other users in a same region as the user's client device are identified based on the estimated position. Locations of those identified other users having one or more interests in common with the user can be displayed on a map on the user's client device.
