  • Publication number: 20240428485
Abstract: A computer system is operable to provide a design interface for enabling creation of a graphic design for a production environment. The computer system implements a variable data structure for use with the graphic design, wherein the variable data structure is defined at least in part by multiple values and a value type. A multi-state design element is linked with the variable data structure, such that each state of the multiple states is based at least in part on a corresponding value of the value type.

  • Publication number: 20240427482
Abstract: A computer system is operable to associate each of a first and second layer of a graphic design with a variable data structure. The first layer includes a component that is associated with multiple instances that collectively define multiple states that are associated with the component. The computer system can perform a simulation of the graphic design being deployed in a production environment by (i) setting an active value for the variable data structure based on an attribute of one of the multiple instances of the component; and (ii) automatically configuring an attribute of the object of the second layer based on the active value of the variable data structure.

  • Patent number: 12151039
Abstract: A sanitation device includes a housing with a channel extending into the housing and a plurality of openings in the channel. A plurality of light emitting diodes emit light through the openings in the channel. A shield is coupled to the housing and a motion sensor emits and detect light through the shield when activated, such that the shield narrows a field of view of the motion sensor. The sanitation device is positioned near a common touch point with the motion sensor determining when an object is near, and has moved away from, the touch point. The plurality of light emitting diodes are activated to clean the touch point after the object moves away. The sanitation device may further include a status indicator light to provide information regarding the current state of operation of the sanitation device.

  • Publication number: 20240108999
Abstract: Methods and Apparatus for Rejecting Moisture from a Desiccant Solution A method of rejecting moisture from a working desiccant solution and regenerating the working desiccant solution comprises receiving a stream of desiccant solution containing moisture to be rejected (12), and diluting at least a portion of the stream of desiccant solution containing moisture to be rejected, to form a diluted stream (38). The method further comprises passing the diluted stream (38) through an evaporator (24) for evaporating the moisture from the diluted stream; concentrating the desiccant solution, thereby to regenerate the desiccant solution; and outputting a regenerated stream of desiccant solution (14).

  • Publication number: 20240099574
Abstract: A head-mounted display (HMD) determines whether a set of criteria is satisfied based on eye-related readings collected by a camera of the HMD and wirelessly transmits a set of messages in response to a determination that the set of criteria is satisfied. An attachment includes a set of light-emitting diodes (LEDs) and activates the set of LEDs to emit the light at the bleaching intensity in response to receiving the set of messages.

  • Patent number: 11859458
Abstract: Dissolvable pump down devices, dissolvable pump down assemblies, and methods to propel a bottomhole assembly through a lateral section are presented. A dissolvable pump down device includes an engageable portion, and one or more expandable pieces that are initially in a first position before the dissolvable pump down device is deployed in a wellbore, and configured to expand from the first position to a second position in response to a force generated by fluid flow of fluid through the wellbore. A diameter of the expandable pieces while the expandable pieces are in the first position is less than the diameter of the one or more expandable pieces while the one or more expandable pieces are in the second position. The engageable portion and the one or more expandable pieces are configured to dissolve after the dissolvable pump down device is positioned at the desired wellbore location.

  • Patent number: 11812887
Abstract: Methods, apparatus, and system to distribute or compact coffee grounds, such as to form a puck in a portafilter. The methods, apparatus, and system may be used to compact coffee grounds wherein a resulting puck of coffee grounds in the portafilter has an even level, a uniform and or continuous density distribution, results in no or reduced formation of channels, no or reduced squirting of extracted coffee, and results in consistent and repeatable results. The methods, apparatus, and system may be used to form multiple layers in a puck, for use in preparing layered espresso.
