  • Publication number: 20240095761
Abstract: In a computer-implemented method, alert responsiveness data indicating how responsive a driver is to one or more types of vehicle alerts is received. The method also includes generating or modifying a driver profile associated with the driver, the driver profile including alert responsiveness profile information based upon the alert responsiveness data, and identifying, based at least upon the generated or modified driver profile, a suggested vehicle type. Identifying the suggested vehicle type includes determining that the generated or modified driver profile meets a set of one or more matching criteria associated with the suggested vehicle type at least in part by determining that the alert responsiveness profile information meets one or more criteria indicative of reliability of the suggested vehicle type. The method also includes causing an indication of the suggested vehicle type to be displayed to a user.

  • Patent number: 11916862
Abstract: Techniques for identifying mention identifiers within a message using a mentions processor are discussed herein. In some examples, a communication platform maintains a mentions processor configured to receive a message including a mention identifier, analyze the message to determine a type of the mention identifier included in the message, identify a second user account or a virtual space referenced by the mention identifier, determine whether a notification should be sent to the second user account or the virtual space, and, upon determining that the notification should be sent, send the notification associated with the message to the second user profile or the virtual space. In some examples, an observability class associated with the mentions processor allows the use of a mentions lookup tool to view one or more stored mention identifiers associated with the message and one or more stored notifications enqueued for the message.

  • Publication number: 20230390769
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein relates to hydrodynamic separator. The hydrodynamic separator can be configured to separate a liquid having dispersed particles having a diameter. The hydrodynamic separator has a substrate and a liquid channel at least partially defined by the substrate. The liquid channel is configured to receive a liquid within the channel. The liquid channel has an inlet and an outlet. The outlet has a first outlet branch and a second outlet branch. The liquid channel has an inner wall defining an inner radius around a central axis and an outer wall defining an outer radius around the central axis. The liquid channel has a liquid channel length along the inner wall from the inlet to the outlet. The liquid channel has a channel width between the inner wall and outer wall, where the channel has a tapered region where the channel width increases towards the outlet.

  • Publication number: 20230274578
Abstract: Systems and methods provide for intelligently switching between cloud processing mode and edge processing mode based on a variety of criteria, such as the desired eye-tracker settings (e.g., minimum tracker rate, ideal tracker rate, and processing mode) and the available network capabilities (e.g., latency, bandwidth, and the like). The criteria used for determining whether buffered cloud processing is viable include such parameters as upload bandwidth, tolerable processing delay, buffer drain rate, buffer fill rate, and maximum session duration. The cloud processing system may be used instead of available edge processing in cases where there are benefits to doing so, e.g., the cloud processing system provides added functionality, such as improved data analytics.

  • Patent number: 11634943
Abstract: The disclosure relates generally to a window assembly designed to facilitate the construction process by providing a simple and efficient method for joining mullion members and frame members along a window joint. The assembly includes a mullion end cap with a seal extending around the periphery of the end cap to help minimize moisture entry into the window assembly via the window joints. In addition, the seal includes fastener bosses designed to seal against fasteners extending therethrough to help seal the joint without need for separately applying a silicone or other sealant in a post-assembly process.

  • Patent number: 11585149
Abstract: A corner joint for fenestration frames and the like includes first and second frame members having hollow interiors and ends joined in abutment. A corner key insert has legs inserted into the ends of the frame members. End portions of the legs engage the hollow interiors of the frame members forming adhesive cavities within the frame members and along the end portions of the corner key legs. Adhesive is disposed within the cavities to bond the corner key legs to the frame members, thereby creating a structural joint between the frame members. The corner key insert may include multiple injection ports for delivering adhesive to the cavities from a selected side of the frame assembly. Legs of the corner key may have notches formed therein to receive an internal wall of the frame members, and distal ends of the legs may include a flow barrier that contours along the notches.

  • Publication number: 20230013867
Abstract: A guard for a tool. The tool is actuatable by a surgical device and has an elongated member and an energy applicator disposed at a distal end of the elongated member. The guard may have a monolithic body including a proximal end and a distal end opposite the proximal end. The proximal end connects to the surgical device. The body further has an interior surface defining a bore extending between the proximal and distal end and the bore adapted to receive the elongated member therethrough and an exterior surface extending between the proximal and distal end and encompassing the interior surface between the proximal and distal end. The body has at least one thermal mitigation channel located between the interior and exterior surfaces and opening through at least one port in the exterior surface.

  • Publication number: 20220395768
Abstract: Some embodiments of the technology disclosed herein relate to a system having a hydrodynamic separator element defining an element inlet and an element outlet. The element outlet has a first element outlet and a second element outlet. The hydrodynamic separator element has a plurality of curved microfluidic channels in fluid communication. Each of the plurality of microfluidic channels are arranged to operate in parallel. Each microfluidic channel defines a channel inlet downstream of the element inlet and a channel outlet having a first channel outlet upstream of the first element outlet and a second channel outlet upstream of the second element outlet. A flow characteristic sensor is in sensing communication with the separator element. A controller is in data communication with the flow characteristic sensor, where the controller is configured to provide a first alert upon the flow characteristic being outside a first threshold.

  • Publication number: 20220354668
Abstract: Robotic system and methods for preparing a bone of a joint to receive an implant. Virtual object(s) are used to define a volume of material to be removed from the bone for receipt of the implant. A robotic manipulator controls a cutting tool based on the virtual object(s) to form a first cavity and a second cavity in the bone. The second cavity is formed beneath the first cavity and is rotated relative to the first cavity to define an undercut in the bone. The first and second cavities receive a body and a locking member of the implant in an unlocked position. The locking member is rotated within the second cavity to a locked position whereby the undercut engages the locking member to limit withdrawal of the implant from the bone.

  • Publication number: 20220257334
Abstract: A clamp assembly fixes a navigation tracker to a bone. The assembly includes first and second clamp jaws. The second clamp jaw is pivotal about a first fixed pivot. A linear driver includes a shaft. A first linkage is pivotal at one end about a second fixed pivot and coupled at an opposing end to the shaft at a first moving pivot. A second linkage is coupled at one end to the shaft at the first moving pivot and coupled at the other end to the second clamp jaw at a second moving pivot. The linear driver linearly translates the shaft to apply force to the first moving pivot in a first direction to pivot the second clamp jaw towards the first clamp jaw and in a second direction opposite to the first direction to pivot the second clamp jaw away from the first clamp jaw.
