    Abstract: In various exemplary embodiments the present technology is directed to methods and systems for predictive environmental fall risk identification for a user. A device may receive dynamic observations of an environmental map using a sensor. A device may determine the environmental map. A device may collect a set of risk factors for the environmental map using the sensor. A device may assess the set of risk factors for the environmental map for the user. A device may create a training set comprising the collected set of risk factors. A device may train an artificial neural network using the training set. A device may predict a fall risk of the user using the artificial neural network. A device may send an alert to the user based on the dynamic observations of the environmental map and the fall risk of the user.
