  • Patent number: 7696722
Abstract: A power system and method for supplying power to a wireless X-ray detector utilizes a detachable handle for a wireless X-ray detector. The handle carries a battery which, when the detachable handle is coupled to a wireless X-ray detector, provides the wireless X-ray detector with a mobile supply of power. A detachable handle charging station may recharge a plurality of detachable handles, providing a swappable supply of power for a wireless X-ray detector. Charging stations for such handles, or for entire detectors are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 7679198
Abstract: Signals are routed to and from identical stacked integrated circuit dies by selectively coupling first and second bonding pads on each of the dies to respective circuits fabricated on the dies through respective transistors. The transistors connected to the first bonding pads of an upper die are made conductive while the transistors connected to the second bonding pads of the upper die are made non-conductive. The transistors connected to the second bonding pads of a lower die are made conductive while the transistors connected to the first bonding pads of the lower die are made non-conductive. The second bonding pads of the upper die are connected to the second bonding pads of the lower die through wafer interconnects extending through the upper die. Signals are routed to and from the circuits on the first and second dies through the first and second bonding pads, respectively.

  • Publication number: 20090070055
Abstract: A method and system for semiconductor wafer inspection is disclosed. Each of a plurality of dies on a wafer may be probed with a probe tool to produce probe data. The probe data may be used to generate one or more non-repeating care areas. An inspection tool may use the non-repeating care areas to perform an inspection of the semiconductor wafer.

  • Patent number: 5878529
Abstract: An entrance device for placement in a facade of a building includes at least two revolving doors. Each of the revolving doors has an input section and an output section. A sliding door provides closure of the input and output sections of the two revolving doors. The sliding door is disposed between the two revolving doors.

  • Patent number: 5711111
Abstract: A revolving door lock is positioned on an inner space of the building and is sealed to the outside so that no heat energy is lost for nothing and hardly no draught appears. There is no need for three or four wings at the individual revolving doors so that with each revolving door more space is available for the passage with trolleys, wheel chairs, luggage and the like. Furthermore, the revolving door lock can be passed quickly, in that at each revolving door a free passage is possible since only one of the doors should effect a seal at a time, while the other one can be fully open. As a result, several persons may pass through the revolving door lock in their own speed without interfering with each other.
