Abstract: Methods and systems are provided for a hinge knee system. A hinge knee system may comprise a femoral component; an insert; a tibial tray configured to be coupled to the insert; a tibial bushing configured to be disposed between the tibial tray and the insert; a poly locking screw configured to secure the tibial tray to the insert; a hinge box configured to be disposed between the femoral component and the insert; one or more cross-pin bushings configured to be disposed within the hinge box; a cross-pin configured to secure the hinge box to the femoral component; a hinge post configured to couple the hinge box to the tibial tray; and a hinge post set screw configured to secure the hinge box to the hinge post.

Abstract: A health risk evaluation system may manage, for a set of users, a corresponding set of digital healthcare profiles, where each digital healthcare profile includes a healthcare decision tree; determine, for a first user, a first subset of the set of users with a first set of similar digital healthcare profiles based on the corresponding set of healthcare decision trees; determine, for the first user, a second subset of the set of users that are associated with the first user based on a social relationship between the first user and each user in the second subset of users; determine, based on the first set of digital healthcare profiles of the first subset of users and the second set of digital healthcare profiles of the second subset of users, a first recommended action for the first user; and provide, to the first user, information related to the first recommended action.

Abstract: An index rotary switch has a distributor which undergoes stepped rotation in response to longitudinal displacement of a plunger. The distributor is coupled to the plunger via a conventional tooth and cam arrangement to produce a 45-degree stepped rotation of the distributor in response to each up-down reciprocation of the plunger. A spring is arranged between a radial annular surface of an actuator cam follower and the radial annular flange of the distributor. The distributor is a unitary component made of electrically conductive material and having four radial extension arms spaced at equal angular intervals. At each of eight predetermiend stepped angular positions of the distributor, one radial extension arm engages a first electrical contact, another radial extension arm angages an insulating part, and the remaining two radial extension arms engage respective contact portions of either a second or a third electrical contact.
