Abstract: Particular infant support or nursing pillows are disclosed, for supporting an infant in a variety of settings by providing a stable surface upon which to rest. Various embodiments include a generally crescent shaped device, including a resilient fill material surrounded by a fabric shell and having a top and a bottom surface connected by a band of uniform width extending vertically and wholly about the perimeter of the pillow. The support pillow may be combined with an accessory device to form a support pillow assembly. An attachment mechanism may be configured to attach the accessory device to the support pillow such that the accessory device is arranged to direct a perceptible effect to at least one of the first arm, the second arm, and the medial region of the support pillow.

Abstract: A frame is configured to rest on a support surface and an infant-receiving receptacle is supported above the support surface by the frame. The infant-receiving receptacle includes a bottom/floor panel forming a bed for the child to sleep upon and a peripheral sidewall surrounding the bottom panel and extending between the bottom panel and the frame. The bassinet includes a depth-adjustment mechanism that enables a caregiver to selectively adjust the depth of the infant-receiving receptacle by raising or lowering the bottom panel of the infant-receiving receptacle. Various embodiments can also include wheels, rollers, or other mechanisms for rolling, sliding, or gliding the bassinet across the support surface. Some embodiments include a height-adjustment mechanism, downward-recessed front wall, longitudinal-axis folding canopy, inverted-eggcrate bed pad, and/or base-positioned foot rest.

Abstract: An adapter removably mounts to a stroller or other child-supporting device, and a range of different child carriers can be removably mounted to the adapter and thus the stroller. The adapter includes stroller-mounting assemblies that are compatible with the carrier-mounting assemblies of the stroller. A peripheral frame is supported by the stroller-mounting assemblies and in turn supports the selected carrier in a snugly nested arrangement. To enable use with various different carriers, the peripheral frame includes an adjustable frame member that slides backward and forward between retracted and extended positions for use with smaller and larger carriers, respectively. Lock assemblies selectively retain the adjustable frame member in position, and an actuator assembly operates the lock assemblies. A position-indicating system can provide a visual indication of the position of the adjustable frame member. Straps or other carrier-securing assemblies can restrain the carrier on the adapter.
