  • Patent number: 11070767
Abstract: A video conferencing and law enforcement corroboration system. A video feed is established between actors including a law enforcement officer and a perpetrator, thereby forming a remote, real time communication between the two. Greetings are remotely exchanged, which can be pre-scripted such that the perpetrator may remotely ask for a reason for a stop using impartial, prompted language, to thereby objectivize initial contact. The officer is prompted to invite participation by a corroborating third party, wherein a two-way, real-time communication of a video feed can generate conference information. The identity of the perpetrator, a driver document and a vehicle search can occur remotely via a real time communication, wherein an interaction between a law enforcement officer and a perpetrator is documented without physical conflict and without exposing a perpetrator and a law enforcement officer to physical harm and violence.

  • Publication number: 20160173950
Abstract: A video recording and law enforcement corroboration process. A video feed is established between a law enforcement officer and a perpetrator, initiated by either party. Participation by a corroborating third party is then invited and the video feed is shared, wherein an interaction between the law enforcement officer and the perpetrator is both documented and corroborated. The feed being recorded thereby forms a record which can be sent to a central processing unit, thereby forming an event record, wherein the event record can be stored and used in criminal proceedings as it relates to the perpetrator. Structurally, the system includes a video recording and law enforcement corroboration system, comprising a cap to be worn by a user; a clip strip mounted on the cap; a wireless camera accessory secured to the clip strip; and, a harness to be worn by the user for mounting additional wireless camera accessories.

  • Publication number: 20150261921
Abstract: A virtual identification system and method allowing a patient to create and use, offline, a personal identification number to retrieve, store, and use personal health information. The patient is provided online access from a network device to health information related to the patient stored on a network server. Personal identifying information is constantly purged in the background. A translator hardware device is connected to the network server and the patient is allowed to enter the personal identification number into the translator, offline. Upon authentication by the translator, the patient is allowed to download the health information from the network server and store the health information within the translator hardware device, wherein the health information is now offline. The personal identifying information is loaded into the translator, such that the health information is coupled to the personal identifying information but still offline.
