Abstract: A device includes a push rod that extends through a portion of a shaft, and an end of the push rod is translated by rotating a lever. The device further includes a needle assembly coupled to an end of the shaft, and the needle assembly includes a first needle arm and a second needle arm that are pivotable between a first open position and a second closed position. When the lever is rotated by a user, the end of the push rod is configured to contact a portion of the needle assembly to displace the needle assembly from a first open position into a second closed position.
