  • Patent number: 11308432
Abstract: An approach is provided for generating an interface. Using natural language processing and natural language understanding, ingredients are derived from audio data from a customer's spoken order of ingredients of a food item. Locations of the ingredients in a preparation area are identified. A location of an employee is determined. Distances of the ingredient locations to the employee location are calculated. A sequence of selecting the ingredients is determined so that the employee selecting the ingredients in the sequence optimizes a speed at which the food item is prepared. An overlay to an interface for viewing in an augmented reality (AR) headset worn by the employee is generated and displayed. The overlay includes indicators overlaying an image of the preparation area. The indicators mark the ingredients, mark the sequence of selecting the ingredients, and distinguish the ingredients from other ingredients in the preparation area.

  • Publication number: 20220107713
Abstract: A computer-implemented method, a computer program product, and a computer system for dynamically adjusting zoom settings in a multiple user environment. A server determines whether the multiple user environment is an environment of co-located users or an environment of distributed users. In response to determining the environment of the co-located users, the server determines an aggregated preference, determines an optimal zoom setting for a singular display based on the aggregated preference, and adjusts the singular display based on the optimal zoom setting for the singular display. In response to determining the environment of the distributed users, the server determines optimal zoom settings for respective ones of the multiple displays, based on preferences of respective ones of the distributed users, and the server adjusts the respective ones of the multiple displays, based on the optimal zoom settings for the respective ones of the multiple displays.

  • Publication number: 20220101248
Abstract: Identifying and reducing package delivery risks can include receiving, at a computer, package delivery data for a package to be delivered. Package delivery factors can be determined which include package fragility. Product information and product reviews can be analyzed based on the factors, and the analyzing can include using natural language processing to evaluate the product information and product reviews to identify language related to the factors. The factors can be weighted based on the analysis of the product information and the product reviews based on a probability of risk of damage to the package. A package risk score is calculated based on the analysis and the weighting. A best delivery practice for the package is generated based on the package risk score, and the package risk score and best delivery practice is communicated to a device of a delivery person.

  • Patent number: 11269453
Abstract: Aspects for resolving failed user-interface functionality are described. One or more processors are configured for detecting a first user input having a first input magnitude at user-selectable elements displayed on a local device user-interface, determining that the local device user-interface is not responsive to the first user input; detecting a second user input having a second input magnitude that is greater than the first input magnitude at the user-selectable elements, wherein the first user input and the second user input are by the user; determining that the local device user-interface is not responsive to the second user input; transmitting first data corresponding to a user-interface offload prompt to a mobile device associated with the user, wherein the mobile device is within a predetermined proximity of the local device user-interface; and receiving second data corresponding to a plurality of mobile device user inputs from the mobile device.

  • Publication number: 20210377035
Abstract: Described are techniques for preserving data security for sensitive information. The techniques including identifying sensitive information in first audio data from a first client device. The techniques further comprise generating second audio data including hashed sensitive information, where the hashed sensitive information comprises an audio clip that replaces the sensitive information and that is based on the sensitive information. The techniques further comprise transmitting the second data including the hashed sensitive information to a second client device. The techniques further comprise receiving third audio data including the hashed sensitive information from the second client device. The techniques further comprise generating fourth audio data by replacing the hashed sensitive information with the sensitive information and transmitting the fourth audio data including the sensitive information to the first client device.

  • Patent number: 11139858
Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure relate to wireless communication management. A set of sensor data can be collected by a first device paired to a second device using a wireless communication (WC) protocol. The set of sensor data can be analyzed to determine whether a rule for adjusting a WC activation threshold is satisfied, the WC activation threshold defining a distance at which the first device and second device are permitted to transfer data to each other. The WC activation threshold can be adjusted in response to determining that the rule for adjusting the WC activation threshold is satisfied.

  • Publication number: 20210281596
Abstract: A method, system, and computer program product for generating personalized security testing simulations is provided. The method identifies a user of a communications system. The user is associated with a user profile. The method generates a simulated attack communication based on the user, the user profile, and an attack personalization model. The simulated attack communication is transmitted to the user via the communications system. The method identifies a user response to the simulated attack communication and modifies the attack personalization model based on the user response.

  • Publication number: 20210281564
Abstract: A method can include detecting an activation of a networked device. The method can further include obtaining a hazard score corresponding to a degree of hazard associated with the networked device. The method can further include determining an activation confidence score corresponding to the activation of the networked device. The method can further include determining, based at least in part on the hazard score and the activation confidence score, an adjusted activation confidence score. The method can further include determining that the adjusted activation confidence score exceeds a threshold. The method can further include initiating a deactivation of the networked device in response to the determining that the adjusted confidence score exceeds the threshold.

  • Publication number: 20210266731
Abstract: A method, computer system, and computer program product for protecting user confidentiality. Signal transmissions in a location in which a user is present are monitored by a computer system. A set of recording devices in an active state for recording the user in the location is identified by the computer system based on patterns in the signal transmissions monitored in the location. A set of alerts notifying the user of the set of recording devices in the active state for recording the user is generated by the computer system.

  • Patent number: 11016656
Abstract: A computer-implemented method for optimizing object placement on a touchscreen graphical user interface when a distracted user selects incorrect coordinates. Through a variety of sensors, a device with a touchscreen graphical user interface may be able to survey the surrounding environment and distinguish specific types of stimuli, that may distract a touchscreen user. The method includes calculating a user distraction score based on the surrounding stimuli and associates it the coordinates of an object on the touchscreen and detecting if the user touched the screen at the wrong location. The placement of the object a user intended to engage on the touchscreen graphical user interface is corrected to the location which the user expects the object to be, based upon the user distraction score and the touchscreen coordinates which the user initially engaged.
