Abstract: A method, that may include capturing, by a mobile media capture device, audio information related to the lecture during a time period that at least partially overlaps a time period during which the lecture occurs; repeating, during the time period, the stages of: checking, by the mobile media capture device, for an occurrence of an event related to the lecture; selecting, by the mobile media capture device and in response to an occurrence of the event, a selected manner to acquire visual information related to the lecture out of (a) an acquisition, at a first rate, of multiple still images of at least a first resolution and (b) an acquisition of a video stream of up to a second resolution that is lower of the first resolution; wherein the first rate is lower than a rate of acquisition of images of the video stream; and acquiring the visual information according to the selected manner.

Abstract: The subject matter discloses a method and apparatus for associating requests and responses in a multi-tier computerized environment, comprising for each tier, detecting incoming and outgoing data flow; sending the detected data to a processing module; for each two neighboring tiers, comparing incoming data of one tier and outgoing data of the other tier; associating incoming requests of one tier to outgoing requests of the other tier. The association may use an ad-hoc ID. The subject matter also discloses a computerized apparatus detecting data and sending the data to a central storage outside the multi-tier environment when the data is used to match requests and responses. Another object of the subject matter is a method for associating an incoming request and outgoing response or outgoing requests in a multi-threaded computerized environment.

Abstract: Systems and methods create customized executables for translating a message received in a source XML schema version to a target XML schema version. After identification of the source and a target versions, a customizable mapping specification allows designation of an automatic and/or manual mapping. The mapping is processed using mapping default standards-organization provided, or manually-created routines. Mapping execution results are displayed to allow for error identification and manual re-mapping of elements if necessary. An executable is rendered capable of translating messages from the source XML schema version to the target XML schema version.

Abstract: An information converter that includes: an input for receiving non-structured information transformation specification and a processor. The processor is adapted to (i) convert the non-structured information transformation specification to a structured information transformation specification; (ii) generate information transformation code responsive to the structured information transformation specification; and (iii) associate a code alteration indication to the non-structured information transformation specification in response to an alteration of the information transformation code.

Abstract: A method for defining a document format transformation process for documents similar to an example document includes the following steps. An example document is provided in a first format. At least one anchor point is then specified within the example document. The anchor points serve to mark out regions of data within the example document. Positions are then defined for respective regions within a central format. During the transformation process, the data extracted from each region is transferred into the respective position. The method enables transforming documents similar to the example document into the central format.
