    Abstract: A system for predicting and summarizing medical events from electronic health records includes a computer memory storing aggregated electronic health records from a multitude of patients of diverse age, health conditions, and demographics including medications, laboratory values, diagnoses, vital signs, and medical notes. The aggregated electronic health records are converted into a single standardized data structure format and ordered arrangement per patient, e.g., into a chronological order. A computer (or computer system) executes one or more deep learning models trained on the aggregated health records to predict one or more future clinical events and summarize pertinent past medical events related to the predicted events on an input electronic health record of a patient having the standardized data structure format and ordered into a chronological order.

    Abstract: An automatic door bottom to seal a gap between a door bottom and a door sill and includes a drop bar assembly with a seal element is held in a channel mounted on a door. The automatic door bottom also includes a spring-loaded, slidable pushrod assembly which, upon closure of the door, forces the seal element out of the channel and into contact with the door sill. Upon door opening, the slidable pushrod assembly is released and retracts the seal element back into the channel. Further included within the channel is an intumescent material also communicating with the drop bar assembly, where, when exposed to heat or high temperature, forcefully expands within the channel to force the seal element out of the channel and into sealable contact with the door sill, thereby preventing fire expansion through a gap around the door.

The ROSCA establisher is configured for receiving, from a communications network, one or more establishment messages specifying user identifiers and storing, in a database, an electronic payment record for each user identifier. The ROSCA manager is configured for collecting, at each collection time specified by schedule data, an incoming payment for each user identifier using the electronic payment records stored in the database and providing, at each distribution time specified by the schedule data, an outgoing payment for a selected user identifier using the electronic payment record associated with the selected user identifier in the database. The outgoing payment is based on a sum of the incoming payments for the user identifiers.
