    Abstract: An apparatus for transporting a container includes a lower enclosure adapted to accept and retain the container, an insulating lining disposed on an inner surface of the lower enclosure, an upper enclosure hingedly affixed to the lower enclosure and adapted to close upon and seal the lower enclosure, a handle assembly attached to the lower enclosure, and at least one pair of wheels operatively attached to a bottom surface of said lower enclosure, wherein the handle assembly is selectively movable between a deployed position and stowed position.
